145th Birth Anniversary of Birsa Munda ❤️ Looks like ABVP is only interested in highlighting Birsa Munda’s resistance against Christian Missionaries for their conversion. Birsa Munda’s resistance and Guerilla Warfare was against the Imperial and Colonial Government of British who exploited the Adivasis socially, culturally and physically.
The same ABVP’s parent body, RSS is engaged with Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram, which is aimed in rewiring the Tribal people to Hindutva. The mission of Hinduising the Tribals is the aim of these Hindutva Fascists. The cultural practises and their traditions are destroyed through radical teaching by RSS. The tribals are made to hate Muslims and Christians.
Birsa Munda’s fight was against the exploiting state, the same exploiting state he fought can be seen now in a different form, which is the Brahmanic Hindutva Government. It’s said that the influence of Sangh Parivar made Tribals instigate violence and killed Muslims in Post Gujarat Riots.
