Why is Vijith Vijayan arrested now?
One more arrest in Pantheerankavu UAPA case! We have been telling that this is a similar model of Bhima Koregaon conspiracy case by Kerala State and Central Government. Tuition Teacher Vijith Vijayan was arrested today by NIA after summoning him to Kalpetta NIA Camp.
After the Manjakandi Fake Encounter of 4 Maoists in Kerala by Thunderbolt Commandos on October 28 2019, several members within CPI(M) and youngsters with leaning towards left Ideologies publicly protested against the revisionist policies of CPIM.
On November 1 2019, Allan and Thwaha who are students were arrested by Kerala Police for possessing pamphlets against the fake encounters. On the very second day, they were charged with UAP(A). The case was taken over by NIA and NIA raided the house of Vijith Vijayan at Kozhikode and of Online Journalist Abhilash on May 1 2020 after accusing them of Recruiting Allan and Thwaha into CPI Maoist.
But the arrest of Vijith asks us, even after the NIA prosecution said that they no longer accuses Allan and Thwaha to be the members of banned CPI Maoist, then why is Vijith Vijayan Arrested now?
